Just like jewels, pure fragrance oils vary tremendously in quality. We have put an enormous amount of effort into selecting the best possible quality pure fragrance oils of every type and the thousands of positive store and fragrance reviews are proof. We've been changing the way people think about fragrance since 1996 with many happy & beautiful smelling customers to prove it.

Day after day, customers tell us our versions smell better than the originals. Perhaps the lack of alcohol and, in many cases, higher quality oils than those found in the "original" makes the difference. Ounce for ounce, our perfume bottles contain fifteen to twenty times as much pure perfume oil as the typical Eau de Toilette, but choosing pure fragrance oils is not so much a question of saving money, as it is of getting your money's worth.

Usage:
A drop or two at most should be all you need. Unlike conventional perfumes, our oils are alcohol and filler free, so it may take a minute or two for the slowly warming scent to emit its full bouquet. The fragrance will be smoother and better balanced than any alcohol-driven aroma and well worth the wait.

Our fragrance oils last most people six to twenty-four hours, depending upon skin type, evaporating naturally during the course of the day. Our pure perfume oils also last longer in the bottle - commercial perfumes with fillers spoil, sometimes in as little as twelve months, but pure perfume oils retain their fragrance year after year. nice at first, but then turns into Tide detergent, full of white musk.
the oil itself is a fairly vibrant turquoise-y teal colour. it perfectly matched the colour of the shirt i was wearing when i opened the parcel, so that was particularly fun. trying it today, i have a small stripe of a clear blue oil on top of my hand. once rubbed in, the colour vanishes but i mention it in case the oil gets on a light coloured fabric, as it might stain.

at first it is just an Egyptian Musk. as it settles in, though, it goes interestingly soapy. almost like an Egyptian Musk soap. which is something i happen to use daily, and i really enjoy that scent.
bergamot - the ingredient that makes Earl Grey tea so fruity, and the flavour that cereals like Pebbles and Loops are based on - isn't something i'm getting. i'm also not getting the powdery scent or feel that amber usually gives.

as this settles, though, there's something that leans toward that high-pitched white musk so common in detergent.

this starts off so lovely, but after a few hours is basically just Tide (original scent) detergent.

Lovely!
A very soft skin scent. I could barely detect it in the sample vial, but give it a few minutes on your skin to warm up and blossom, and you will be rewarded with a lovely, clean musk. It being a skin scent, sillage is on the weak side, naturally, but the longevity is remarkable. A sensual musk in a gorgeous blue color with no sharp notes whatsoever. Love it!
