In the vial, it reminded me of Lysol antiseptic wipes that I used all during COVID! LOL. So, familiar and somewhat comforting (???)/distressing (???). If that makes any sense at all?
On the skin, it's less alarming, still lemony/Lysol a bit, but more of a cocktail now, lemony with simple syrup... perhaps a vodka hit in there.
Into the heart, still citrus, but much further away from that initial, Lysol-lemon hit. Softer, kind of citrus-lollipop, limonene, with an undercurrent of something sweet-ish. Ah- citrus tea-like... that's the description I was looking for.
This doesn't exactly smell like what I think of when I think, "Perfume." It smells more like a CB I Hate Perfume creation... like a pick-me-up scent, which isn't necessarily bad.
It's pleasant, like a citrus, essential oil blend wafting in the air. Definitely non-offensive. It doesn't have a lot of depth, and I suppose I wasn't expecting it to either. I did expect it to last a little bit longer as a synthetic, however, I guess synthetic citrus doesn't last much longer than essential oil citrus. Makes sense.
In some ways, this is really a delightful odor as it reminds me of being clean, hand sanitizer, pleasant disinfectant wipes, and this overall sense of a well-kept space. As a perfume, however, it doesn't leave a huge impression on me and it's probably not something I'd reach for to perfume my person.

Sweet (but not too sweet), cheerful, and refreshing. Lasts longer than most citrus scents do.

I love the way I feel while wearing this fragrance...light & bright & pretty. The scent is sweet, yet refreshing and lingers for a good amount of time. As it starts to fade, I have to sniff my wrists for those last remaining notes. Love Lemon Sugar.

I tried Lemon Sugar after some online friends were telling me about Avon's Lemon Sugar. I really love this refreshing lemon scent, and especially enjoy layering it with other summery scents, such as 'Coney Island,' which adds a salty air quality to the mix.
