I used to "steal" drops of Val de Versailles from my roommate when we were young ladies. I loved the fragrance, but as life has it I started using another perfume. Recently a old girlfriend from my young days was visiting and we spoke about our dating days and the perfumes we used... Val de Versailles was one of these... I went and purchased this oil from your company and memories of my loves came flooding back. Thank you

I could never wear the original BAV because it gave me a headache. Not only is the TFS version better than the original, I can wear it without needing a tylenol chaser. Thank you, TFS, for allowing me to wear one of my long-time favorites again!

I know this fragrance well: it was the first perfume that my husband gave me. Sweet and slightly indolic, it is a beautiful warm fragrance, perfectly captured by The Fragrance Shop.

Many many years ago ( may be 35 ) my godfather bought val a versaille for me. I was young and it was much too sophisticated for me. Recently I ordered a sample of this perfume and turning 55, I fell in love. This is a very unique scent. A little powdery, a little musky, very womanly, maybe with some amber and spice. A little goes a long way. Ishould be wearing it for evening use, but I love it so much I am wearing it to the grocery store. Thank you Fragrance Shop. Your products are wonderful.
