A Street Car Named Desire: A beautiful violet floral

This is a lovely, well-rounded violet fragrance that has more depth and complexity than a typical violet soliflore. I have it in the perfume oil and plan on also getting the body oil when I place my next order, as it will be perfect for spring. If you are a true violet-lover, I highly recommend trying this fragrance. I also love its name, very unique, based on the writings of Southern writer Tennessee Williams. The violet used is a high quality violet that is not too sweet or artificial which I appreciate, as this has been a problem with so many violet perfumes I've tried and The Fragrance Shop clearly uses high quality ingredients. I smell the musk and a touch of a green note in the fragrance but do not pick up so much the carnation's spiciness. This fragrance also layers beautifully with The Fragrance Shop's Bellodgia type and the two complement each other perfectly.

I loved this scent when I tried it on in the store, but now I am not as happy with it. It's almost too strong for me and I find that I will choose the other oils before this one.

    My Favorite Floral

I love the softness of A Streetcar Named Desire. It reminds me of springtime and is one of the few fragrances I have found that smells like violets. Very different and beautiful.
