    Comforting

    When I first got the sample it struck me as luxurious and mysterious, one of my favorites so far. I put it aside and came back to it half a year later. I don't know if something changed about me or about the oil itself but it became a shadow of itself. I had to reapply several times over a few hours to have it surround me in that warm woody atmosphere like I remembered it. It hasn't happened to my other samples from the same order.

    I would describe it as a very comforting smell, very smooth, almost buttery. If it were music it would be all bass. Perhaps it lost some brightness over time? Despite the low projection, it has longevity, I was still catching whiffs of it many hours later.
