Pearl Musk

a little dab'll do ya.

i tried a Pearl Musk oil a number of years ago (pretty sure it was from Ava Luxe. Might've been sage. don't think it was DSH) and it was lovely! clean and soft and not powdery or soapy. i was hoping this would be like that, but it isn't.

one tiny drop (from the end of the sampler wand) on the top of my left hand and i'm just about surrounded in a cloud of scent. it reminds me a whole lot of The Body Shop's White Musk perfume oil (which i also don't like), and there's a definite detergent-y kind of white musk going on in here, too.

after a few hours it does begin to develop a hint of something that reminds me of the China Rain type scents one of my college roommates wore. but not as pretty.

short version: try if you like white musk!

I love Pearl Musk, but after wearing it for a while found that it was just a little to "light" for me. I called and spoke with Jenny who suggested a blended version of Pearl Musk. 50% Pearl Musk/50% Baby Powder. It's heavenly! It's perfect - not so strong that it's annoying, but is light, sweet, feminine and oh so wonderful. I'm sticking with the 50/50 blend!!

Nice smell, clean and soft. This fragrance doesn't seem to be long lasting as the other fragrances I purchased. However your oils are pure and I will continue to purchase many more in the future. Thanks for the fast shipping.

I received this fragrance as a sample with my order of the White Tunisian Musk (which I love). I applied the Pearl Musk to try it out and fell in love with the subtle smell. I couldn't get enough of it! I turned right around and ordered the fragrance. I can't stop using it and have almost completely used the sample. I can't wait until my new order of Pearl musk arrives!

I needed to update/upgrade my usual fragrance, but didn't know what to get. I called the 800 # and spoke with Jenny, who couldn't have been more helpful. She mentioned several scents and mentioned that Pearl Musk may be something I would like. She sent me some wonderful samples and included the Pearl Musk. I love love love the Pearl Musk. I've placed an order and will reorder again and again. It's not overly floral, but it's a soft powdery scent that wafts beautifully. A little goes a long way and lasts all day. Thank you, Jenny.
