    Maybe the next best thing to the original

    Well this is a nice surprise. I'm comparing it to my vintage PRpH stock from the '80s, and this one's like that one's, oh, say, younger, brother. (The one who isn't quite as bright, and maybe won't be quite as successful as is big bro, but who has a charm all his own.) This oil isn't as strong as the real thing, and the opening isn't as green, but after about five hours a very dirty, very nice note emerges, which I guess is the musk, but could pass for castoreum. This is close to my beloved PR, and it's a good scent in its own right. Recommended.
