Mimosa

I've never smelled mimosa flowers so I've no idea whether this oil smells like them or not. That said, it is a good smelling oil and I like it.

This oil is superb! Mimosa is my mom's favorite flower and we used to have it home during late spring to mid-summer. The smell is so unique and recognizable. This oils captures the exact smell as I remember it. It is very uplifting. As a child I loved it for its smell and look. Golden like the sun, fluffy and cute tiny flowers - I used to stick my nose inside the bouquet and laughing at myself watching my face in the mirror all covered with the yellow pollen. Thank you for offering it for sale on your website! It triggered many happy memories!!!

It's hard to find mimosa fragrance, so I was thrilled to discover it available here. It smelled every bit as good as I had remembered from years ago when I had a small compact with mimosa solid fragrance. I believe that its being oil-based gave me the opportunity to smell it on myself--lightly, not like when you accidentally overspray and worry that you're too strong!--for a longer period of time, thus prolonging my enjoyment. The company was lovely to deal with--personalized letter, small and delicious smelling sample fragrance (sweet pea in my case), just a sense of a small company that takes pride in doing their thing and doing it well. So glad I ordered. Only "negative" is that they seem to have extra hard "captcha's" when you're trying to order!

When the oil arrived, I couldn't wait to open my purchase. The fragrance has a slight, musky floral scent. Very appealing.

I have to tell you -- I've been sitting here all day just drinking in the fragrance of this oil -- because I've been searching for this particular scent of mimosa since 1981. I must have spent $500 trying different "mimosa oils" over the years, but never finding a fragrance even close to the one I bought from a woman in Texas ages and ages ago. This is IT. EXACTLY! Sweet and soft and flowery with just a hint of green woodiness. I never thought I've smell this fragrance again. I'm beyond thrilled--I'm in transports!
