Kasmir Patchouli

This scent is remarkable. TOok me back to my youth when patchouli was "the thing". I have always liked this scent and this particular product is a strong, vibrant version of patchouli that lasted a long time on me. I think this particular bottle should last quite awhile. I am very happy with my purchase and the fast delivery.

i adore patchouli. i tend to only wear it at home, though, for my own enjoyment, and not out in public because of the "dirty hippie" opinions. why waste it on them?

anyway. i have lots of different patchouli and patchouli-based blends.

one in particular is a bottle of about 30 year old patchouli that has aged into a gorgeous, earthy-sweet, wood-resin-y scent. particularly lovely, and very strong.

this is a surprise winner from my two sampler sets! ordered on a whim and it is very similar to my gorgeous "antique patchouli".
although not nearly as strong.
this oil also has very poor longevity - four hours and the scent is just gone.

The description of this scent says "with notes of coco and spices." (hopefully they've fixed that to say cocoa by the time you read this). but i don't get spices or cocoa at all from this. just a really nice patchouli.

I love patchouli. I LOVE this particular Kasmir patchouli. By itself or in one of my personal blends this one is awesome.
