Ivoire de Balmain type for women

I've been skrimping and getting by with the last of my spray of Ivoire, which doesn't really smell right any more, and now I can let that go at last. This scented dry body oil is all I loved and more--the scent is delicious, light enough for daily wear, yet rich and elegantly seductive. The oil is quickly absorbed and leaves no "oily" feel. I highly recommend this product!

The type of Ivoire reminds me very much of the original perfume before the last reformulation, which isn't bad, although the absence of oakmoss made of this superb fragrance more a floral than a floral chypre. TFS type keeps the original perfume crisp green top notes and in its heart the classic triad of rose, jasmine and ylang, with muguet, carnation, jonquil, and very likely other flowers that give a lush depth to this elegant composition. The drydown is much more faithful to the original than the present reformulation.The name is quite proper: Ivoire has the creamy whiteness and the warm creaminess of ivory. It is polished. It is chic. A perennial beauty.
