Halston Z-14 type for men

Like so many other classic fragrances, the reformulation of Z-14 was a disaster.

If you loved the original, get the TFS version for the rich, complex, masculine olfactory masterpiece. If you've never tried the original, you owe it to yourself to at least get a sample of TFS's version of Z-14. There is nothing like it on the market today.

I've been wearing Halston Z14 since the mid to late seventies. It's always been my signature scent. so deep and rich, and manly, I never looked for anything else. I still have a bottle of the old formulation, and haven't looked for it in the department stores until recently. As anything else, time has moved on now, and it's no longer in the fragrance department of the major department store retailers. In fact, the sales girls don't even know what I'm asking for. One older nice sales lady said, " Do you mean the fashion designer Halston? ". I said " Yes ! ". She never heard of it. Upon looking for it on line, I see that it's still in production, and selling in the discount box stores cheaply, and the latest reviews aren't kind to the newer formulation. Apparently, it's been ruined. I haven't even tried it. I thought my old standby was gone until I found The Fragrance Shop's version, and I tried a sample to see if they nailed it. Well, THEY DID! The more I try their pure oil version, the more I'm convinced it's spot on with the old juice. I know this scent as good as anybody, and they did a really nice job recreating the deep, rich scent I've been wearing all my adult life. If you thought that Halston Z14 was gone, just get this one. I'm sure you'll be as thrilled as I am. I got it back! Nice job guys. How do you do it?
