Dazzling Silver type for women

I was kind of disappointed. It doesn't have the sweet smell I remember.I will keep it. I am going to try the Pure Oil and see if there is a difference in the two.

I had given up on Estee Lauder ever bringing back my Dazzling Silver and weary of buying extremely old bottles on eBay or Amazon so i started researching the notes that were in that scent and stumbled across The Fragrance Shop's website. I didn't want to commit but purchased a sample of what I consider my signature cologne. It smells the same if not better! I am definitely buying the large bottle when my sample is gone. Oh, and shipping was fast and the packaging was cute (order and you'll see what I mean)

I've missed this fragrance for too long. My only complaint is that I used to have a purse stick I wish I could also purchase!

The many florals in this perfume are so well blended that I am unable to distinguish the different notes: this is a lovely bouquet. The scent is smooth, pure, green and fresh. I would wear it during all seasons,but particularly in the warmer ones. As DS is a fragrance for all seasons, it is also a fragrance for most occasions. It will not offend in the workplace nor will it interfere at the dinner table; not necessarily sensual, it is romantic enough for a first date. Quite appropriate for a nice teenager girl, perfect for the competent professional, sophisticated enough for a mature lady. I am sorry that Lauder seems to have discontinued Dazzling Silver, but delighted that it survives quite lively in this excellent reproduction by The Fragrance Shop.
