    This is Butterscoth

    I am a big gourmand fan and especially love vanilla, toffee and caramel fragrances. I am also a big fan of the literal scent of a creme brulee dessert. The description of the product led me to believe it would be up my alley, maybe a bit more vanilla-centric than cracked burnt sugar topping which would have been fine. However what I received smelled just like the butterscotch candies that littered the bottom of my grandma's bag. I hate the smell of those candies and similarly I don't like the smell of TFS's Creme Brulee. If you like the smell of butterscotch then this will be 5 star for you.

    Pleasantly Surprised

    I received a sample of Creme Brulee with an order. The Fragrance shop is so good at selecting samples to send based on purchased items. I got this along with very similar scents but this one stands out. Its a warm scent that reminds me of a caramel latte. It wears very well and loses some of its sweetness after time, mellowing out to a subtle warmth. If you like gourmand scents, this is for you!
