Black Orchid type for women

I purchased this Tom Ford dupe several years ago from The Fragrance Shoppe, and it was fantastic. Almost an exact replica. I ordered a sample vile again very recently. Glad I did not spend a whopping amount of money for a larger vial. What I got was a red colored concoction that smells like a combination of charred wood and HAM! Like a burnt ham soup base. The best thing I can say about it is that the odor disappated almost immediately so I didn't have to scrub it off. Either the chemist at this shop has changed or the family is cutting corners and has no longer produces quality products. In fact NONE of the samples I ordered had staying power or smelled very much like the originals. Wasted money.

A rich dark mix of intoxicating florals, spices, and woods. I love Tom Fords
version and TFS oil version as well. I am using the fragrance oil to extend the longevity of the original perfume spray and it's working great! Thanks for another great scent!

I was a little concerned buying this one as a man (I'd heard the scent was originally labeled unisex and later became a woman's fragrance) but the fragrance shop assured me there was nothing all that feminine about it.
Fortunately for me they were right.
I can't believe no one's said this yet, but a friend of mine and I both think it smells like a cherry cola with rich chocolate and flowers on the side. I really like this one. People are right in saying it's dark and slightly masculine, and it is definitely unisex.

Whomever worked on this formula did an excellent job. It is a dead ringer for Tom Ford's Black Orchid fragrance. I am so impressed. I can save some money and have a fragrance that lasts all day and through the night in some cases. If you love Tom Ford's fragrance you will definitely love The Fragrance Shop's version. Highly recommended!!
