    Perfect version

    What a wonderful fragrance! A true classic, perfectly reproduced by the magic of The Fragrance Shop. Unfortunately Arpege now, through many reformulations, is less than a shadow of itself. I would have mourned for it, were it not that it is to be found very much alive here. I have the oil. Come autumn I will buy the Dry Body Oil and the Spritz: I want a veil of Arpege, just as I already have one of Chanel N.5. They might have been rivals in their time, but on my shelf they live peacefully and well loved, side by side.

    Like the original Arpege

    I always preferred the Arpege I first discovered in the 70s and this is just as I remembered it. Lasts really well too!
