    Superb leather

    Alhough my favorite leather is Bandit (try the excellent version by TFS) this version of the classic Cabochard is superb. Not a perfume for beginners, it is complex and quite strong. Somewhat masculine, without the provocative glamour of Bandit, it has a sort of austere elegance.Very chic.

    Lovely, beautiful version

    This is such a lovely version of Cabochard de Madame Grés here at The Fragrance Shop! I can sense top quality leather, patchouli and vetiver giving a tobacco feel that prevails throughout the day (needless to say it's very long-lasting), surrounded by hints of flowers and the reminiscence of the citruses of the opening. The real wit of the original is surely here and makes this oil version very pleasant.
