Anne Klein II type for women

Smells just like my original Anne Klein II!!

Love it!!

I'd say it's a bit benzoin heavy, I always thought of Anne Klein II as more jammy or boozy on top note, but this is more ambery and benzoin at top scent, though the middle notes come out beautifully, could use a bit more peach/bergamot/amber to even out the scent.

For a stand alone product though? I love it! Very ritualistic feel, and almost feels anointing in a way. Be careful with the spray, the oil separates when not shaken (I didn't know/realize I should do that) and horrifically stained a sweater lol, but the lotion works beautifully in terms of sillage and staying power-- nets the clean, amber and resin dry down I so loved of the original oil. Would be nice for a "shake before using" on packaging, but that's semantics, really

The loss of AKII was a disaster. After hunting high and low, I took a chance and ordered from this bizarre little place I found on the internet which I'd never heard of, it was way across the atlantic, but for a dyed in the wool AKII fanatic, it had to be done. I am so glad I made that first order! I cannot emphasise how brilliantly accurate this perfume oil is, in fact, it's better, because it's more concentrated, more enveloping, deeper, and mindblowingly good. My experience with AKII type has been so positive, that I am dabbling in all kinds of oils from you now, and haven't been disappointed yet.

I'm wonderfully surprised that The Fragrance Shop's "type" of Anne Klein II is spot on! So many times I've ordered "dupes" of my favorite, but discontinued perfumes and not one time has any other company come close until The Fragrance Shop. I will definitely be a repeat customer many times over since finding this gem again.
