I realy wish this wasn’t the case. I quite literally wanted to bath in this fragrance! I’ve shopped from here for many years and until this order, every previous product was perfect. It’s not a bad fragrance, but it’s just not Chance Eau Tendre. To be honest and a bit more specific, the initial scent my husband and I get is an overwhelming baby powder scent. Other floral notes follow, but again, still not Chance Eau Tendre. I noticed immediately when sniffing the bottle after opening. I thought, well, I’ll put it on one wrist and the department store’s toilette on the other to see if it smelled more like it once on my skin. To my dismay, the oil never came close to the name brand. I absolutely love this shop and will continue to use their products, as they’re usually quite superior to the store bought sprays. They are working with me to exchange this fragrance and have always been wonderfully skilled at customer service. I just hope that they’ll revisit this fragrance and try to correct it. I would spare no expense to get my hands on a perfect Chance Eau Tendre oil version!

I personally LOVE Chanel's Chance Eau Tendre, it is a beautiful and feminine fruity floral scent. However since it is an EDT, it neither projects or lasts ling on my skin. For the price, it simply wasn't worth it for me to invest in another bottle. I was hoping to fall in love with TFS's dupe (and being in oil form, get a longevity boost) but it actually has no discernible semblance to my nose. That isn't to say it doesn't smell OK, just not what I was looking for.
