About Replication Fee

Since 1996 we've replicated hundreds of discontinued and hard-to-find fragrances in pure perfume oil, to the delight and satisfaction of hundreds of happy & beautiful smelling customers...

Our replications, like all our services, are a personalized interaction. One or two of us will collaborate on matching your original, even wearing the result over a period of time to determine how well the scent holds up. Body chemistry is tricky though, and pure oils by their very nature, often smell a little different from commercial brands just because they do not contain alcohol, so it will be up to you to decide whether or not we've satisfactorily matched your sample.

Things To Consider:

The average shelf-life of alcohol-based fragrances is less than three years. Your fragrance may have changed over time. Nevertheless, if you're happy with the way your fragrance smells, we will attempt to match the scent as is.
We cannot replicate candles, soaps, pastes, waxes, resins, or gels. These contain additives that color the scent of the fragrance.
We will need a small amount of your original to work with; it will be returned to you once the replication process is complete.
Once we have produced a satisfactory replication, the first and any future re-orders will be at our regular designer fragrance prices.
Your fragrance formula will be kept on file securely & indefinitely.

Here's how it works:

Contact us. This initial consultation will help us determine whether you fragrance is replicable.
There is a $70. one-time replication fee. Once we have agreed to undertake your replication, please click Replication Fee
below to pay the replication fee.
Send your fragrance to us (Our address is at the bottom of every page throughout the website)
Once we've replicated your fragrance, we'll send a sample for your approval - usually within two weeks of our receiving it in the mail.
If the sample we've created is not a good fit, we will work with your comments to create up to two additional revisions of your replication. If we are not able to produce a satisfactory replication after two additional attempts, we will refund 50% of your deposit.

Just like jewels, pure fragrance oils vary tremendously in quality. We have put an enormous amount of effort into selecting the best possible quality pure fragrance oils of every type and the thousands of positive store and fragrance reviews are proof. We've been changing the way people think about fragrance since 1996 with many happy & beautiful smelling customers to prove it.

Day after day, customers tell us our versions smell better than the originals. Perhaps the lack of alcohol and, in many cases, higher quality oils than those found in the "original" makes the difference. Ounce for ounce, our perfume bottles contain fifteen to twenty times as much pure perfume oil as the typical Eau de Toilette, but choosing pure fragrance oils is not so much a question of saving money, as it is of getting your money's worth.

Usage:
A drop or two at most should be all you need. Unlike conventional perfumes, our oils are alcohol and filler free, so it may take a minute or two for the slowly warming scent to emit its full bouquet. The fragrance will be smoother and better balanced than any alcohol-driven aroma and well worth the wait.

Our fragrance oils last most people six to twenty-four hours, depending upon skin type, evaporating naturally during the course of the day. Our pure perfume oils also last longer in the bottle - commercial perfumes with fillers spoil, sometimes in as little as twelve months, but pure perfume oils retain their fragrance year after year. Fragrance Replication
Glad to come across the fragrance shop! I have been using this specific fragrance for over 20 years and just learned that it was no longer in production. I decided to take a chance and see if they can replicate "my fragrance". The steps were easy- you provide them a sample of the fragrance you want replicated and they'll send you 2 samples they come up with. Send them some comments about the samples they sent you and they'll tweak/adjust the formulation and send you 2 more samples. In my case, the replicas were very close to my original scent. And after using them for a few months, I have narrow it down to one. Now I have a new fragrance!!! Very satisfied with the process. Also, have to mention- customer service is also very helpful.

Fantastic!
I'd ordered a replication of Dirty English by Juicy Couture and found the whole process to be completely painless and honestly took less time than I expected. If I find another scent that I absolutely have to have in an oil, I am definitely doing this again!

I had been searching for Penthalogon's Violetta ever since my husband brought me a bottle from England. I love the replication that you created for me! It is just like my spray, only better! I don't have to worry about finding this fragrance again...

Right On...
Your replication of Acca Kappa is right on. I have worn this Cologne only to have the scent disappear in an hour. Not only does the oil last all day, it smells even better than my spray. I liked the After Shave Balm you scented for me.
