  1. Not as strong as I'd hope

    I have this perfume from Philosophy; however, it does not last. I even bought the more concentrated perfume and layered it. This oil-based perfume smells about the same...like soap and water. It is a fresh, clean scent. I give it 4 stars because it does not last as long as I'd like.
