I am a Patch-head, and collect patchouli oils & patchouli frags in general, and this Oil is definitely my fave for the oils. It's quite pungent & strong, just the way I like it. True Patch here, no hiding that raw earthy scent. This Patch oil is quite spicy, not a peppery or cinnamon-y spice, but a more earthy kind of spiciness.. very natural. I purchased the 1/2 ounce bottle a couple weeks ago, and am already almost done with it.. Eeeks! That's how much I love this oil. Needless to say.. I'll be back real soon. Also, Worth noting: The Fragrance shop's customer service is second to none. Thank you again.

A bit stronger than I usually wear - but very true Patchouli oil. Plan on wearing this along with another scent. A little bit of this does go a long way!

I love this smell and I love that it doesn't irritate the skin. The smell is spot on. I like dry strong basic scent and this is it. This also beats the really expensive stuff hands down, which not only does irritate the skin but also shows what a total racket the scent business is. This is definitely NOT a case where you get what you pay for. So do not be alarmed by reasonable pricing here. I bought a smaller bottle because i feared it may be too good to be true, but it turned out to be both, true and too good. I will order the largest bottle soon as I know this will be a keeper.

Richly verdant with a soft peppery bottom note.
This seems to be raw and pure.
pungent: use great discretion.
Recommended.
