Mitsouko was formulated in 1919 and reformulated many times since then. It is produced in Europe by Guerlain and can no longer be replicated there because some of the original ingredients have been restricted. Trying to by an old bottle of the original form is VERY costly -1/4 ounce going for upwards of $200! I have a small amount of the old and love it but can't afford to replace it, so I tried The Fragrance Shop version. This version is every bit as good as the original and two drops last over 24 hours! P.S. Try the Arpege type too if you love old fragrances in their original form!

One of the best classics out there. When I wear it, I feel like I could be drenched in diamonds and mink, and live in a huge mansion. If you are a lover of oriental fragrances but don't want to smell like everyone else, try this.

This is a long time standby for so many for a good reason. This scent offers intrigue, uniqueness, complexity and elegance in a bottle. After you put it on you should smell your wrist every few hours because it changes throughout the day. Everyone should try it at least once.
