IT'S SIMPLE, WE'RE NOT SATISFIED UNTIL YOU ARE
Over the past two decades, we have provided millions of dollars of the most carefully crafted Perfume Oils to a world-wide clientele, many of whom, year after year, prefer our fragrances to Designer originals. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us so we can make it right! Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on 14-day sample sizes.

From your account page you can view the details and status of every order you've placed with us, you can receive and send messages about your order. add, edit and remove wish lists, see items in your wish lists and optionally add each item to your shopping cart for purchase. Additionally, you can pdate your contact details, email address and/or change your password.

All orders are packaged and shipped from our Huntersville, North Carolina headquarters. Orders placed before 2pm Eastern Standard Time are shipped the same business day. Tracking information is automatically sent to you once the order has shipped. Over time, we've found the U.S. Post Office Domestic and International service provides the best combination of economy, speed, and reliability. If you require a different service, please contact us and we'll do our best to accomodate you.

International Customs, Duties & Taxes
To protect your interest and to avoid order-tracking and bank-credit difficulties, we do not accept international orders where the billing-name and address and shipping-name and address do not match.
Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Import duties are rarely imposed on goods we ship internationally, and when imposed we have not found these to be excessive. Our corporate policy will not allow repricing to avoid import duties, but if you do incur excessive charges, please let us know. We may be able to adjust your account to accommodate these.
Pricing & Discounts
We're sorry, but in most cases, promotional codes cannot be combined, nor can they be combined with percent-off discounts. Samplers & Bundles are already discounted heavily and cannot be used with promotional codes, percent-off discounts and may not be discounted with the coupon code refund from the Sample Five-Pack (Try Before You Buy).
Sales tax is only charged on orders shipped within North Carolina at the local tax rate.
