I love Chanel #22. They don't sell it in stores any more..When I was visiting NC I went to The Fragrance Shop and fell in love with their oils. The 22 type was my favorite!!! Love it!!!

I have not smelled the original but going according to reviews I decided to give it a go as I simply adore #5. This is so beautiful. I think it can be worn anytime, day or night. Not overpowering at all. So happy with this dry oil that I am going to purchase the oil and body lotion. Thank you TFS.

So, I compared this to #5 and this one has more of a powdery note. it's a bit more floral and on my skin the peach note is pronounced. This is one hard to find fragrance out there. It's delicious and part of my "Famous French" collection. I think if you like #5 this one could be another facet for you to explore.

Another favorite from The Fragrance Shop, it was love at first sniff. Nº22 seems to be a very dangerous fragrance to reproduce, since its aldehydes almost cross the line between good taste perfection and cheap soap or hair product. But The Fragrance Shop team did the best job ever here, and now they have a client for life!

I tried this scent (sample five-pack) because it has always been one of my favorite perfumes. My Dad gave me my first bottle on my 13th birthday. This version is even better than the real thing. I will be adding this scent to my next order
